Selection of Land :
The plot of land which has capability of growing fruits, medicinal herbs or crops is always considered to be good piece of land. As against this, the presence of certain types of trees, thorny shrubs always have adverse effect.
From the day of purchase of a plot till the completion of the construction, any growth of Cactus, Carvanda, Pongara, Tembhurni, Aghada should be totally destroyed and removed. Such trees or plants should never be planted within the site not should they used as fencing.
If the plot is rectangular, then the purchaser will always enjoy all round prosperity and wealth. If the North-South dimension is greater than East-West dimension then the land is extremely beneficial. If he owns a square plot, he will enjoy good wealth. A triangular plot can bring forth problems to the owner from government departments. Trapezium shaped plot brings all round prosperity. If the plot is circular, then permanent poverty will be experienced. Fear, sorrow and death prevails if the plot is with unequal sides or "Bow-shaped" plot. Loss of family members if the plot is "Drum-shaped". Never purchase a plot which is cut on North-East direction or which has no North-East corner. A plot is purchased between two bigger plots and if it is proportionately lesser in area, then the occupant will march toward poverty only.
